After an uncertain end, The Magicians recovers with a fifth season that progresses without losing where it comes from. With a wonderful cast of unique characters and a plot full of twists, heists and quests, The Magicians will never bore you. So if history has taught us anything, we can expect The Magicians to hit Netflix next week or Christmas week. As for whether or not it is worth keeping hope that another steam network or platform will revive The Magicians, it seems that executive producers Sera Gamble and John McNamara have already tried to no avail. For the past four years, the first episode of the last season of The Magicians aired in January and the final episode aired in April.
